Deleting Old Configurable Forms

edited Nov 28, 2018 1:16PM in Taleo Business Edition (TBE) 1 comment

Summary

We have a number of old forms which are no longer needed - not sure if it's ok to delete them

Content

Every year we have 14 new tax forms which I upload as configurable forms and then assign to the respective province-based onboarding task.  After using Taleo for 8 years, that's a lot of old forms which we no longer need.  When I try to delete them, I get the following message.  Is there any negative impact to deleting a form which is no longer assigned to an onboarding task yet has been completed by an employee in the past i.e. will the employee-completed forms become orphaned records if the original template is deleted?
