We have a requirement to capture agency contract validity period along with other agency detail, such that while posting a job to any agency, if their contract is going to expire, then system should be able to analyse it and throw a message pop-up that the agency contract has ended or agency contract is going to end in next 2 days.

Has anyone been able to capture contract period of agencies in Taleo or achieve something similar to this ?
