Talent Review not showing for Reviewer for them to enter their data

Content

Talent Review not showing for Reviewer for them to enter their data.  The date for the meeting is 12/6/18 and the data submission deadline is 12/5/18.  We do not have this issue in a non production environment.  We were upgraded to 18C about a week ago so not sure if this is the issue or not.  Does anyone have any ideas?
