    Life event is triggering when uploading task via HSDL

    We recently moved to HSDL and with 18C we noticed that Life event on benefit side is getting triggered when we upload new hires via HSDL, but it is not triggering all life events when there is collapsing rule.

    For example: Our company transfer requires 4 life events ( New hires, Newly eligible, change in salary and Termination) which collapse to 1 life event called company transfer. We are using HSDL now for mass company transfer but it's missing the New hire life event due to which collapsing rule is not working.

    Does anyone experiencing same issue with HSDL? is there a way to not to trigger a LE when uploading via HSDL?
