Embedded Requisition Candidate Page Layouts - Create Different User Role Views?

Hi-

Unless I'm missing something, It does not look like I can change the "Embedded Requisition Candidate Page Layouts" depending on the user role.  I created 2 different versions....one for Admins and one for HM's....but it looks like I'm not able to assign them based on role.

Is that correct?
