Unable to Activate Integration in OIC

Content

1. I have a working orchestration(Integration) with starting Trigger point to Item Update event from Oracle Cloud, this integration is working.

2. I want the same orchestration(Integration) with starting Trigger point subscribing to Item Category Update event 

3. I cloned the first one to new one, then changed the subscription to "Category Assignment Change Event" from "Item Update Event" and saved.

4. When I try to enable the integration, it is throwing warning sign and error 

Any ideas how can we handle
