When a Learner enrolls in an instructor-led offering/activity for example 15 December, he completes the ‘Request Learning’ form, which is submitted for approval. What date is he supposed to enter for ‘Start on or After’ and ‘Completed by’ if this is an instructor-led Offering with a specific date and time
