Problem with installation of Smart View extension

Hello,

did anyone encounter issues when istalling the SmartView extension for Supplemental Data and Close Manager? I understood that there are new ribbons appearing automatically after the add-in is downloaded and installed. However, I can not see them after installation and also the manual process of adding the ".dll" files from the FCMExtension folder to the COM Add-ins does not work. (Message: "...is not a valid Office Add-in")

I wonder if my Excel (2016) or Windows (10) version can be the reason... any experiences?
