Termination Life Events Not Detected in Eval & Reporting

We are experiencing two issues recently:
1: When terminations are entered and the life event is in a detected status the life event is showing on the person however in Evaluation & Reporting it doesn't show any life events are in detected status. We have taken into consideration the session effective date.
2: Termination life events are not processing automatically with the schedule job. The following error message occurs when it tries to process (see attached). For every term, I have to go to the employees Benefit Relationship and set the status back to active, then process the term life event. Does anyone know a way around this?
