Daily Availability Percentage for Team

Hi all

We have a requirement for managers to view total availability of their team i.e. a calculated percentage for each day based on who is available and who is not available due to absence. This availability percentage would be used by the manager to review prior to approving an absence request.

Has anyone else come across this requirement and been able to meet it?
