We created annual compensation pay plan with a certain HR Extraction date. We also created custom OTBI report using 'Compensation - Workforce Compensation Real Time'. We changed hierarhcy of a worker from Administer Worker page > Status and Hierarchy tab. We clicked 'Do not Refresh' because we don't want this to change when we refresh plan with new HR Extraction date during end of year.. Changes reflect on worksheet immediately. However, when I go to OTBI report, he is still reporting to old manager.
Is this intended design? Can someone please share your thoughts?
