I am reading about Service Request entity but could not found much information in the oracle docs for working with service requests. 

Please I need to know if we can do following with the service requests:

  1. Create multiple service requests both from Mobility and Core Manage
  2. Can map activity fields on service request entity or copy activity fields data into service request custom properties while creating new service request under an activity
  3. Can be assigned to area manager or to a resource type or bucket etc
  4. Can be approved or rejected
  5. Can halt the activity until approved
