I am trying to configure dynamic approvals for requisitions as follows: Recruiter creates the requisition and it must go to the Hiring Manger for approval and then the Hiring Managers' Manager (just one level up)

We are using out of the box integration between Taleo and HCM and all the employees have been created with Supervisors

 

Can someone give me guidance on how to set this up please
