Hello,

We have two types of hiring managers -

• hiring manager with salary
• hiring manager without salary

The purpose is that the :
 hiring managers with Salary will be able to view all the requisition fields , but have the user type of hiring manager.
and
 hiring managers without Salary will not be able view all the requisition fields (compensation) , but have the user type of hiring manager.
 i.e - same user types for both types of hiring managers.

In fusion we have two types of roles that i mapped into two different user types -same user type name in taleo and fusion.
