How to enable LOV in Bank at LDG level

Not able to to set up LOV in Bank at LDG level, it is either Site or User level

We want to enable LOV for Bank names (in Payment Method) at LDG level(for India). For that Under Task "Manage Cash Management Profile Options", for profile option "CE_USE_EXISTING_BANK_BRANCH", we can only see profile level as 'Site' and 'User'. We want to enable it at LDG level so Bank Lov's are only enabled for India and not enabled for all other LDG's. How do we achieve this
