I'm wondering if there is a "best practice" regarding setting up Calendars, particularly in regard to Period Start/End dates

This is in regard to loading Calendar information via FBDI using ScpCalendarImportTemplate.xlsm

This may not be a big problem, but I'm wondering how others have dealt with it.  The issue is that, for every Calendar Period Start Date, you need to give a Prior Date and a Next Date.  But, if you define your Calendar and your periods with the same start/end times, then you end up with a problem with the first and last period.
