How can we hide tabs in the About Me section.

For example Login > homepage > About Me > Tabs to hide ie My Payment Methods, My Payslips, Career Planning. 

And can we localise so different countries users can see different tabs with different text ie in their own language

And how can we hide the feedback option in the public info page?
