Reporting - Added To System & Applied

Sorry if this topic does not belong here...I tried posting it on the reporting forum, but it would not allow me to create a new post (I have in the past).

I created a report to show how many candidates have been "Added to System" & "Date Applied" for all time, however the #'s are not correct.

I have a scheduled weekly report that I keep track of.....when I add the weekly #'s from that report....it shows more than what I'm pulling with the above report.  The scheduled report shows how many were added to our system the previous week.
