Wrong Payroll Period Number

Created Jersey legislation for Payroll interface but payroll periods generated have wrong number ex. january is 2 instead of 1Content
We need to create Jersey legislation for Payroll Interface so we did the following after the work structured were created
1. Manage Features by Country
-Financial Year = 01/01
- Selected Externsion - Payroll Interface
etc
2. Payment Metthod/Consolidation Set/Payroll
Payroll has an effective date of 01-Jan-1951 and first period end date of 31-Jan-2015. Date offset were created
When the payroll period was generated for 5 years; period number is wrong---January = 2, February = 3 and so on. The expected result is January = 1 etc
My SR is still outstanding but I'm hoping someone here has encountered a similar issue. Thank you in advance
