Need to hide the edit option in manage person

Hi Team,

I have created the custom job role and assigned to data role 

my requirement is restrict the edit access to below pages,

Manage Employment - View Only
Manage Payroll Relationship - View Only
Manage Element Entries - View Only
Manage Person - View Only
Manage Work Relationship - View only

I have given the below roles,

Role Name	Role Code
View Work Relationship	ORA_PER_WORKER_WORK_RELATIONSHIP_VIEW_DUTY
Manage Work Relationship	ORA_PER_WORKER_WORK_RELATIONSHIP_MAINTENANCE_DUTY
Service Desk_View Access_DataRole	SERVICE_DESK_VIEW_ACCESS_DATAROLE_DATA
