Is it possible in Oracle HCM to create a report showing all plans, and the individuals who have Succession permission for those plans. If you think it is possible please provide details of tables and any other information.

Data Elements in report
1)Plan name
2)Individuals who have access and their employee Id
3)Level of permission (administrator/candidate manager etc.)
