Vacancy approvals appear in 'Tasks' area before they are with the actual approver

Hello,

We have an issue whereby approvers login to approve vacancies, we have found that some appear in the Tasks screen for users, they are listed as an approver of the vacancy, e.g. 3rd level approver however the vacancy is currently at the 1st or 2nd approver but still appears in the list.

When the logged in user clicks to view the vacancy and clicks the pdf to view the details the application crashes.

Is there a way to ensure only vacancies that are only with the approver show in the list? Is this a know issue?
