Error When Trying to Open Performance Review

Summary

In the Performance Review, some users are unable to open their Performance Reviews.

Content

The leader has completed the leader evaluation and shared the review back to the employee. The employee gets notification that their review is ready to view. They click on the link to go to the performance review. This takes them to the My Evaluations page. When they click on the link to get into the evaluation (in this case, the Mid Year Review), they get an error message that says, "An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information."

Has anyone else run into this issue? If so, how did you resolve it?
