Error Displaying RTF Template

Good afternoon, At the time of creating the template by the bipublisher extension of WORD and save it in RTF format and upload it to the Oracle BiPublisher platform and be able to visualize the template this throws me an error, but I have this same process on another machine on the other machine does not present me error I would like to know why this error occurs and how I can solve it.
