Candidates Browsers Freezing at Application Attachments Page

Hello,

 

We have had dozens of candidates email us regarding an issue when trying to attach documents to their application on our career site on the attachments page. Every one describes that the browser freezes up when they attempt to attach their resume and they cannot continue their application. We have not had luck with an SR on this issue thus far as we are told it is not repeatable, but our candidates appear to encounter it frequently - I have 6 examples at least that occurred over the weekend on many job postings.

Has anyone else had this issue and can shed some light on how it was resolved? Is anyone currently experiencing this issue and have an SR or BUG # I can reference in my ticket?
