Who Sees Plans in the Succession Work Area?

Who Sees Plans in the Succession Work Area?

Content

In my continued testing to figure out how Succession works, I have created two position-based succession plans, with me listed as the only owner.  I then ran the new Succession Plan Incumbents process so that the inferred incumbents could be identified. When I go to the Succession Plan work area (using the old UI, as we're not on the Newsfeed UX and don't have any of the mobile responsive pages enabled, yet), I could see the plans listed (screen shot below).

When I login as a different HR Specialist - one who has normal access to only one of the inferred incumbents - she doesn't see anything.  I expected her to see the plan for the one incumbent she has access to.
