I created two position-based succession plans.  I ran the Succession Plan Incumbents process so that the inferred incumbents could be identified for each plan.  I then checked the HRM_PLAN_INCUMBENTS table to see the data in it.  I expected there to be two rows - one for each of the plans that I created, but there are 6; 2 rows for one plan and 4 for the other.  Can anyone tell me why there are 4 extra rows?  It just seems like multiple plan_incumbent_ids were created for the same incumbents, which doesn't seem right.  Below is a screen shot of the rows
