Processing Internal Job Offers warning message

Hi Experts,

Does anyone know which processes are automated when processing an internal job offer from cloud recruiting in HCM are? For example, sometimes the process does not automatically select the action in the manage employment work area and pull in the information from the requisition. Most of the time when i process an internal job offer, a warning message appears:

"You are about to perform action Promotion for candidate Abby Lesko. You must manually enter the data, then update the state. Do you want to continue?"
 
Does anyone know how to make all actions for the assignment update reflect the requisition details from cloud recruiting?
