Including CEO on Compensation Worksheet Rollup

Summary

Are there workarounds to having the CEO appear on the Compensation worksheet for rolling up the information in a final view?

We are looking for ideas on how we could include our CEO in the overall roll-up of our company's compensation.  Currently, because this individual is the head of hierarchy, I have no way of viewing the summary numbers to include this salary as well as the recommendations.  Does anyone have any thoughts or ideas?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
