Oracle Commerce Cloud enables full compliance with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) , which went into effect on 25 May 2018. There are a number of aspects to the regulation that relate to the “right to be forgotten” that were covered in the post on implementing GDPR". This support is enhanced with the ability to completely delete shopper orders, which may be requested by shopper's wishing to be 'forgotten'. See attached for more details.
