Our Open Enrollment period ended in November with the changes effective 1/1/19.  Our annual merit increase are being entered now but with December date so the increase hits for the first paycheck in January.  As the Salary Change Life Event is prior to Open Enrollment, we were told to Unprocess Open Enrollment, upload the Salary changes, then reprocess Open Enrollment. For about 60% of employees, this worked.
