Summary

Looking to see what other companies do in terms of assisting employees with enrolling in benefits

Content

Not an issue which the norm it seems for customer connect but more of an inquiry to see what other companies are doing or not doing as it pertains to annual open enrollment.  The question I am posing is this:

1. During annual open enrollment, what do other companies do in terms of offering "help sessions" for enrolling in benefits.  By this I mean do other company's actually go out and help employees enroll in their benefits by having formalized sessions where systems are made available and employees can show up at designated times and enroll in their benefits with representatives from HR available to assist.  By assist, I specifically mean helping the employees with the computers.  About 2/3 of our employee base work in our production facilities and a large majority of them seem to struggle with simple tasks
