Add a signature field to the instructors to allow it to be printed on the certificate

There is a need in some regions, countries and companies to have the Instructors signature on the certificate.   It would really be nice to have a field associated with each instructor where you could place the signature pdf or something like that.    Then you could place it on the certificates as appropriate.

While we are on the subject of Certificates:

Also please fix the certificates so you do not have to do the background image thing while trying to print it out.  And while we are at it please fix the editor as it rarely works and aligns things the way you set it up when creating the certificate.
