BIP Goal Notifications

I just turned on BIP notifications.  I followed the white paper and enabled the following:

BIP_EMAIL_NOTIFICATION_HCM

BIP_EMAIL_NOTIFICATION_TALEN

BIP_ONLINE_NOTIFICATION_HCM

BIP_ONLINE_NOTIFICATION_HCM_GOALS

BIP_ONLINE_NOTIFICATION_HCM_TALENT

My notifications for adding feedback are using the BI Templates.  My notifications for goals are not.  I find it strange that there is no BIP_EMAIL entry for goals as there is for online notifications.  I've opened an SR but am hoping someone here has experienced this.
