I added a new left-hand tab, via Structure, called Reports, on the Career Development page (first screen shot below).  However when I click on the new tab (as I was going to add an OTBI dashboard to it), I'm getting the error in the second screen shot - "Definition oracle.apps.hcm.careerDevelopment.core.publicUiFuse.FuseCareerDevHomePageDef of type Form Binding Definition is not found.".  Does anyone know what that might mean?  I added the same type of Reports tab to Performance and didn't run into anything like this, so not sure what's going on.
