We get asked so frequently about Requested Delivery Dates and their behavior on a requisition. I thought the following tip might be worth reading and remembering for future use.
1 Requested Delivery Date for a Non-Planned Item can be NULL. In other words, the user can submit a requisition making it null and not carry a value. As you all know, by default the system populates the date based on a profile option and is set to Sysdate + 7. The user can modify this to a date of their choice or no date (although providing a null date is not necessarily a relevant use case for most)
