Leaver report filtering to remove international transfers

Looking for a way to filter out "leavers" who have active record elsewhere

Hi

When I run a report to capture terminations in a set time period, I frequently end up with people who haven't really "left" but have had their record terminated in one territory only to "rehire" in another.  We do use the same Person Number so I'm thinking if I can set up a filter along the lines of:

Report all leavers in period x to y, but if there is another record with the same person number, then exclude.

Any help would be most appreciated!
