Set expiry/recurrence to an ILT Enrolment

We have an urgent need in that we need to expire ILT Enrolments/ILT Tracks after x number of years, and be able to send a notification to users upon expiration. We are able to achieve this by using Recurring Learning Plans for WBT courses, but recurring learning plans do not allow us to map ILT Tracks or ILT Enrolments, hence the gap. We have a large number of ILT Enrolment compliance training which all have set-expiry (2 years, 3 years), upon which learners must re-enroll.
