    Hi All,

    After patch 18C Extracts are fetching the all records even though passing the changed and marked attribute parameters.

    i am trying to submit the extract using the below navigation

      Data Exchange--> submit the process and report --select the extract -click on submit similar.

    Can any one please help me understand this ?
