HDL to load corrections to assignment is giving error

Hi,

 

I am trying to make corrections to a workers assignmnet by changing the Action code but i am getting the error. Following is the worker.dat file i am using to make these corrections.

error:

The corresponding date effective record in the WorkTerms for date 2018-02-01, action ALLOCATE_GRP_CMP, and effective sequence 1 is missing for the Assignments.
The action reason is invalid.
