Updating Job Template # and Position Number via Integration

We are working on trying to fully automate the process of updating a Job Template # and Position # on a posted or open requisition via integration. 

We currently integrate all position attributes from Workday via TCC and often run into circumstances where a position is posted at a specific grade or level but the person we end up hiring is at either a higher or lower level, therefore would need to be hired with different position attributes.

Is there a way to do this via the TCC integration?  Currently the requisition needs to be cancelled, a new position created and then integrated into Taleo.  Then a new requisition is opened and the Recruiter moves the candidate to be hired over into the new Requisition.
