Update multiple funding lines at once

When editing multiple funding lines at once, POET fields are missing

Prior to 18C, when updating multiple funding lines at once, users were able to enter POET information, which would update all the lines selected. After 18C, the POET fields are not available when updating multiple funding lines at once. Only the charge account and other line billing details are available for edit.

If entering a project, the users get the attached error. The error is not generated for non-project funding.

Wondering if we lost this functionality with 18C, or if something in our configuration changed with the update.
