Printing Development Plan

Does anyone know which BI template generates the printed version of the Development Plan? (Navigate to My Development --> click print icon)  There are 2 listed under goals: "Goal Plan Development Goal Report" or "Selected Development Goals Report" and then another under Career Development: "Career Development Report".  I have tried to put my custom version as default for all of these, yet, I keep getting the seeded report when I try to print.
