I have a question. Can we create a customer portal website instead of the digital customer service and linking the website with the engagement cloud? If the customer already has a website and wishes to integrate the website with Oracle Engagement Cloud, is there a way to perform such action so that the website can include the functionalities of the Digital Customer Service such as chat, co-browsing and creating a service request?
