Review manager disappearing


Our company is in the process of completing annual performance reviews. When managers are saving the review or clicking complete they are receiving an error message and the review is no longer in active reviews list.

The system seems to be unassigning the review manager from the review. I have had to reassign the review manager to approximately 50 forms the past few days. 

I have filed an SR, but was wondering if anyone else has had experience with this.
