Disable duplicate a requisition button

Is there a way to disable the 'duplicate a requisition' button?

We have recently completed a major update to our OLF structure, including job codes.  Managers are copying old requisitions, which is causing problems downstream.  Is there a way to disable the 'Duplicate this Requisition' button? I cannot find documentation or setup referring to this.
