BIP report issue

Hi Team,

As an Admin, I can run a report and it completes sucessfully for me. Users can't run the report. For entire population, the report runs for 40min (probably time out maximum) and then throw: SQL query time exceeds the limit (2400 sec). Stopped processing.

It is not a performance issue because I can run the same report with same parameters in around 22 min.

It seems some bad data or bad code is causing the issue but not for entire population because even users can run the report for indiviuals IDs.
