Users are receiving an application error message when trying to submit an expense report


Users are receiving the following error message when submitting an expense report:

An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.

An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 2060, Server Domain: FinancialDomain, Server Instance: PayableServer_HA, Application Name: PayablesApp.

This is the 3rd incident within the past week.  Has anyone else had this issue and know of a workaround?

Also, does anyone have access to a list of error codes?  I didn't find anything for "2060".    Thanks!
