Offer Management using e-Signature

Hello ALL,,

 

Is there a way to configure the system that would allow a recruiter to modify a letter once after it has been sent for approvals?  Currently, if there is something that needs to be modified the approver must reject the offer and then the Recruiter then has to delete the current offer and then start over.
