Use both Admin and Recruiting Subject Areas in single query

Hello

Is there a way to use both Admin and Recruiting subject areas in a report?  I am trying to pull the user information under the Admin and bump it up against the manager in recruiting so we can determine where there is a termed manager on an open requisition.
